Position: Admin Assistant
Located : Serdang, Seri Kembangan

Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily administrative duties, including filing, data entry, and organizing documents.

  • Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring timely restocking.

  • Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.

  • Support team members by assisting with various administrative tasks.

  • Coordinate and assist in planning team activities and events.

  • Maintain an organized and functional office environment.

  • Communicate with vendors, service providers, and clients as needed.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or equivalent qualification.

  • Previous experience in administrative or clerical roles is advantageous but not mandatory.

  • Skills:

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

    • Strong communication and organizational abilities.

    • Keen attention to detail with the ability to multitask effectively.

    • Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.

  • Must possess own transport.
